How do I log in to my account?

Go to genius.netunisys.online and click Sign In. Use your registered email and password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot password" to reset via email or WhatsApp OTP.
How do I join a live class?
▾
From your Student Dashboard, click any upcoming class. A green "Join Class" button appears 10 minutes before start. Click it to enter the live classroom.
Where can I find my class recordings?
▾
Go to Student Dashboard → Class Recordings. All past sessions are available within 2 hours of the class ending, with AI chapter markers.

How do I upgrade my plan?
▾
Go to Account Settings → Subscription. Click "Upgrade Plan" and select your new plan. The change takes effect immediately.
How do I get a receipt for my payment?
▾
Go to Finance → Payment Receipt. All receipts are available to download as PDF or share via WhatsApp.
When is my next payment due?
▾
Check Account Settings → Subscription for your next billing date. You also receive a WhatsApp reminder 3 days before.

Why is the AI giving wrong answers?

Our AI Study Buddy is very accurate but not perfect. If you receive an incorrect answer, please tap the thumbs-down button and we will review it. Always verify critical information with your teacher.
How many AI sessions do I get?
▾
Premium and Family plans include unlimited AI sessions. Starter plan includes 10 sessions per month, which reset on your billing date.
What subjects does the AI cover?
▾
The AI Study Buddy covers all subjects in your enrolled grade: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Arabic, and more. It explains in English or Hindi.

What happens if I miss a live class?
▾
All live classes are recorded automatically. Access the recording within 2 hours at Student Dashboard → Class Recordings. You can also ask the AI Study Buddy to help you catch up.
Can I change my subjects?
▾
Yes. Go to Account Settings → Profile → Subjects to update your subject selection. Changes take effect from the next week.
