Agreement

By enrolling at Genius DigiSchool and using our platform at genius.netunisys.online, you ("Parent", "Guardian", or "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

Our services are available to students in Grades 1–12. All accounts for students under 18 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, you confirm you are either 18 years of age or older, or the parent/guardian of the enrolling student.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription Plans

We offer Starter ($79/mo), Premium ($129/mo), and Family ($199/mo) plans. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact us at info@genius.netunisys.online for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Permitted Use

Our platform and all content is for personal, non-commercial educational use by the enrolled student only. You may not share login credentials, record and distribute live classes, or use our AI tools to produce content for commercial purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: attempt to access other users' accounts, disrupt platform operations, post or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, use automated tools to access our platform, or reverse-engineer our software.

Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, and platform features are the property of Genius DigiSchool. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access this content for your personal education. No content may be downloaded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Teacher Quality

All our teachers are certified and undergo background checks. We reserve the right to reassign teachers if necessary due to scheduling, performance, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you in advance of any permanent teacher change.

Class Cancellation

If a scheduled class is cancelled by us with less than 24 hours' notice, we will offer a replacement class or a pro-rata credit to your account. We are not responsible for cancellations caused by student internet or device issues.

AI Tutoring

Our AI Study Buddy is powered by Claude (Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. It is not a substitute for teacher instruction and should be used as a supplementary learning tool.

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at info@genius.netunisys.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner harmful to other users or our reputation. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

No Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or that results from using our services will meet your expectations.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genius DigiSchool's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
