Step 1: Log In

Visit genius.netunisys.online and click "Sign In". Use the email and password sent to your WhatsApp when you enrolled. First time? Check your WhatsApp — we sent your credentials automatically.

Dashboard: Click "Parent Dashboard" to see everything in one place
Children: Switch between children using the tabs at the top
Mobile: Works on any phone, tablet or computer — no app needed

Step 2: Track Progress

Your Parent Dashboard shows real-time grades, attendance, assignment completion, upcoming classes, and teacher feedback — updated daily.

Grades: Subject-by-subject scores with 6-week trend charts
Attendance: Which classes were attended, late, or missed
Assignments: What has been submitted, graded, and what is pending

Step 3: Talk to Teachers

Message any teacher directly through the platform. You also receive a weekly WhatsApp summary every Friday with highlights from your child's week.

Direct messages: Messages → Select a teacher → Type your message
WhatsApp updates: Automatic Friday summary sent to your WhatsApp
Book a meeting: Calendar in dashboard → Book a 1-on-1 with any teacher

Step 4: Monitor AI Tutoring

The AI Study Buddy is available 24/7. In your parent dashboard, you can see how often your child uses it, which subjects they study, and session summaries.

Usage stats: See sessions per week and subjects covered
Set goals: Help your child set weekly study goals in the Planner
Session summaries: Read what your child studied with the AI tutor

Step 5: Manage Billing

All billing is in Account Settings. Download invoices, change your plan, update payment method, or access receipts at any time.

Invoices: Settings → Billing → Download PDF receipts
Change plan: Settings → Subscription → Upgrade or downgrade
Notifications: Settings → Notifications → Choose WhatsApp or email
